IAW Day 2: Black and POC x LGBTQIA+

This day will celebrate diverse sexualities, gender identities, cultures, gender expressions and backgrounds and we foster, represent and celebrate LGBTQI+ Black and POC culture through education, the arts, cultural events and advocacy.

Note, dates and times are currently yet to be confirmed, but key topics to be discussed include:

• Lack of cultural competency in public services and workplaces

• Mental health lived experience for black LGBTQIA+ communities

• Young LGBTQIA+ POCs vulnerability to homelessness
